EL DORADO ST., FRENCH CAMP,SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> I reviewed the 25 November 2003 Workplan for Further Groundwater Investigation (Workplan),prepared on <br /> your behalf by Upgradient Environmental Consultants. The Workplan was submitted in response to my letter of <br /> 10 October 2003,which requested a workplan by 1 December 2003 to install additional groundwater monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> The Workplan is approved as proposed. Please secure all appropriate permits from San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department, and provide me with at least three working days notice prior to commencing <br /> fieldwork. <br /> Also, on 5 August 2003 and 10 October 2003,I sent letters to you requesting compliance with the monitoring and <br /> reporting requirements specified in the California Code of Regulations,Title 23, Chapter 16 Article 12; <br /> Sections 2729 and 2729.1 for Electronic Data Format(EDF), a requirement for all reports generated since <br /> 1 September 2001. As of this date, only the groundwater data EDF from the Third Quarter 2002 Report has been <br /> received. Please work with your lab to submit all missing quarterly monitoring and investigation soil and/or <br /> groundwater data. Also include the EDF data for the Site Map (GEO_MAP),X-Y coordinates for well locations <br /> (GEO_XY), and water levels (GEO_WELL),which have been required since 1 January 2002.
