Complainant was the only in in their <br /> party to become ill. Complainant consumed seafood pasta.Approximately 2 hours later complainant became ill with <br /> symptoms of diarrhea, nausea and cramping. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> shrimp--prep table--41.00°F air--walk in freezer--0.00°F <br /> air--walk in cooler--40.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Per manager, employees don't work at another food facilities. No employees called ill a week before or after the alleged <br /> complaint.About 100 pastas were served on 2/14/17. No other complaints received regarding this matter. <br /> Pasta noodles are cooked cooled and stored in the walk in cooler and taken out to the prep/kitchen as needed. Noodles are <br /> being kept at 41 F or below. Noodles are heated to 165 F. <br /> The sea food is received frozen, stored in the walk in freezer and thawed in the walk in cooler.Any prior preparation is done <br /> and the food is either frozen or refrigerated.and is taken out to the prep/kitchen as needed.
