OWNERS REFUSE <br /> TO DEAL WITH IT. MAJOR COVID OUTBREAK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went to the facility and spoke with a manager regarding above complaint.The manager informed me that on sunday <br /> (11-22-20)there was an employee that had to go home because he/she did not feel well.The employee went to get a test for <br /> covid 19 on monday(11-23-20)and will be out until it is determined what caused the symptoms. Per the manager employees <br /> are responsible to monitor themselves at home before coming to work. If the employees feel any symptoms related to covid <br /> 19,they need to stay home. Employees are wearing masks at this time.
