THERE IS MOLD <br /> AROUND THE AREA WHERE THE DISHWASHER IS,THE FOOD IS NOT REHEATED PROPERLY. THEY DON'T SET <br /> UP SANITIZERS FOR THE WIPING CLOTHS, THE EMPLOYEES DON'T HAVE FOOD HANDLER CARDS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with the manager on site and Sheri Riley Flores about the complaint.They were not aware of the complaint. <br /> There is some mold on the walls and ceiling in the area where the dishwasher is located.There are some food residue or <br /> mold on the wire shelves in the walk in cooler.The food handlers cards are not at the facility but Sheri says that she has them <br /> at home. She will make them available at the facility. Per Sheri Riley hot for holding is being reheated to 160 F. Reheat to 165 <br /> F.There are sanitizers for the wiping cloths. One of the containers of sanitizers has low chlorine at 50 ppm.
