This report was prepared in accordance with a written request by the San
Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) dated
February 15, 1993.
Upon approval of the workplan, Hendrix and Sons Trucking, Inc. (Hendrix) will solicit the
minimum three bids required by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to remain
eligible for cleanup funds under S132004.
As we discussed, because -the work will go out to bid, Hendrix is unable to submit the
appropriate well permits and fees at this time: Permitting applications will be submitted upon
selection of a consultant by Hendrix.
Hendrix appreciates PHS/EHDs continued efforts to keep the SWRCB up to date on this project
and anticipate that you will inform the SWRCB that Hendrix is currently in compliance
regarding the investigation of contaminants.
If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact me at (209) 838-3507.
Respectfully,
ESNA Industries Inc.
Jn P.
