Nonetheless, Black & Veatch cannot and does not guarantee the reliability <br /> of the information contained within this report. <br /> Areas of non-scope considerations not covered include asbestos containing material, <br /> radon, lead-based paint, lead in drinking water, and wetlands. <br /> 1.4 Limiting Conditions and Methodology Used <br /> This Phase I ESA does not address requirements of any state or local laws or of any <br /> federal laws. All parties are cautioned that federal, state, and local laws may impose <br /> environmental assessment obligations that are beyond the scope of this report.
