Inspections <br />• The following items are inspected on a schedule as indicated. Logs of the <br />inspections (Items B through D) are maintained at the facility for three (3) <br />years. Items inspected are: <br />A. Fire extinguishers - Monthly <br />B. Hazardous Waste Storage Area(s) - Weekly <br />C. Complete Facility - Weekly <br />D. Emergency Response Kits (spill kits) - Weekly <br />E. Aboveground Waste Storage Tanks - Daily <br />• Company policy dictates that additional inspections, not requiring <br />documentation, be conducted at times indicated. <br />A. Aboveground Tanks (non -waste tank) - Daily <br />B. Complete Facility - Daily <br />C. First Aid Kits - Monthly <br />
