All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label the used antifreeze container with the start accumulation date and ensure that all <br /> hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> - Corrected on site. Used oil tank had the start accumulation start date marked as 09/18/2019-as stated <br /> from the most recent AES disposal receipt. <br /> 404, 605. Failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed and properly label containers of <br /> hazardous waste. Three 5 gallon open white plastic buckets are filled with saturated waste absorbent <br /> without labels identifying contents. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except <br /> when adding or removing waste.
