SUMMARY OF IONS CLASS I,CLASS II,or INOR-Notice to Com This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: #101,108, and 125 101. This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD by November 6, 2011. A form has been provided. 108. About 5 gallons of waste solvent in a parts-washer which the generator stated is no longer in use requires hazardous waste determination. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and managing it accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation (i.e. a copy of the disposal record) explaining how this waste was managed by November 6, 2011. 125. One of the two hazardous waste disposal records for 2010 was not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifest(s) and receipt(s) for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by November 6, 2011. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
