The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br /> Comply: #101,108, and 125 <br /> 101. This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, <br /> dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br /> Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD by <br /> November 6, 2011. A form has been provided. <br /> 108. About 5 gallons of waste solvent in a parts-washer which the generator stated is no longer in use <br /> requires hazardous waste determination. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the <br /> waste and managing it accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above <br /> wastes and manage accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California <br /> Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation (i.e. a copy of <br /> the disposal record) explaining how this waste was managed by November 6, 2011. <br /> 125. One of the two hazardous waste disposal records for 2010 was not found on site. Hazardous waste <br /> generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifest(s) and receipt(s) for the last three years, maintain <br /> them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by November 6, 2011. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TI E AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector.
