American St., Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> NOTES <br /> The facility generated 385 pounds of hazardous waste in 2010 based on one of two consolidated <br /> manifests (March 2010). This number may be revised after the missing disposal record(s) has /have <br /> been submitted. <br /> A copy of Auto Repair Management Practice factsheet, CUPA class schedule, blank hazardous waste <br /> labels, hazardous waste labeling factsheet, and San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste <br /> Disposal Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> Discussed with generator the requirement to manage universal waste (including but limited to <br /> fluorescent lamps, CRT, electronic waste, mercury containing equipment, alkaline batteries, and aerosol <br /> cans,) in a closed container that will prevent release to the environment, be able to identify the content <br /> and the length of storage (by label or document), and managed within one year of storage. Disposal <br /> records of universal waste shall be retained on site for a minimum of one year. <br /> 407 (not a violation). Observed one empty 30-gallon poly-drum that had held used oil without marking <br /> when the drum first became empty. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous <br /> material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being <br /> emptied.
