QU�(l <br />W ` <br />L Np <br />50900 <br />EASY RETROFIT. <br />Is compatible with single phase 1/3, 3/4, or 11/2 HP <br />FE Petro or competitive make submersible pumps. <br />Retrofitting existing stations is as simple as <br />replacing the existing control box with the STP -SC <br />and pressing the reset button to allow the <br />controller to automatically "learn" the electrical <br />characteristics of the pump. <br />EXTENDED PUMP RUN DETECTION: <br />Automatically shuts pump off after 60 minutes <br />of running with no pumping activity. <br />Since all mechanical and most electronic line leak <br />detection systems require that the submersible <br />pump be shut off to perform a line leak test, this <br />feature assures the pump will shut off to enable <br />the leak detection device the opportunity to test <br />for line leaks. <br />Indicates fault in dispenser on/off control signal <br />to submersible. <br />Extends motor life by protecting the motor from <br />continuous running conditions that cause <br />needless wear on motor bearings. <br />MASTER/SLAVE OPERATION: <br />Provides "on demand" automatic pump start of <br />up to 16 submersible pumps manifolded to the <br />same discharge line. Master pump starts under <br />low demand, and additional pumps are started as <br />needed as demand increases. Note: Auto start <br />feature is functional on 3/4 and 11/2 HP only. <br />Reduces power consumption and extends pump <br />life by running only the number of pumps needed <br />to meet the current demand of open nozzles. <br />Improves flow rates during busy periods by <br />automatically starting additional pump(s) <br />on demand. <br />ALTERNKING PUMP CONTROL: <br />In manifolded pumping systems, controllers <br />continually alternate the lead pump. <br />Provides for equal wear of all pumps in the <br />manifolded system by alternating the lead pump <br />on every start cycle. <br />In the event of a pump failure, the other pumps in <br />the manifolded system continue to operate <br />normally, providing a backup system and avoiding <br />shut down of that grade of product. <br />
