The 91 and 87 slave line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested_ All line leak detectors <br />shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. Immediately have a properly licensed, <br />trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed leak detector (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) <br />and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed leak detector can't be replaced <br />immediately, there is a possibility that the 91 and 87 UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel <br />inputs. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by October 4, 2013. <br />SR0067880 for the diesel annular sensor was verified today. It passed the functionality test_ <br />SR0066648 for the 91 spill container within a fill sump was verified today.
