Oily staining was observed on the gravelly driveway, nea06the repair shop. Facility owner <br /> indicated that the trucks have been parking in this area for a very long time. Facilities shall be <br /> maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire.. explosion, or release of hazardous waste to <br /> air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean the <br /> stained area, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by November 8, 2013. <br /> 611. One 55-gallon of used drained oil and gasoline fillets with a faded label and an accumulation start <br /> date sometime in 2011. Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the <br /> filters up to one year. Immediately recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill <br /> of lading to the EHD by November 8, 2013. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by November 8, 2013. <br /> PROVIDED: <br /> - Schedule of FREE classes <br /> - Return to Compliance Certification form <br /> - Hazardous waste labeling requirements <br /> -Small Business Hazardous Waste Disposal Program information <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTI NAT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT RLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: e By: Titl e- <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
