The following are Class II (Repeat) Violations: <br /> 605/701, and the following area Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: 128, 610/611 <br /> 128. Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A <br /> copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all <br /> bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD by 02/27/2014. <br /> 605 & 701 (Repeat). No marking (or legible marking) on the hazardous waste label of an approximately <br /> 150-gallon used oil tank which is nearly full. All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the following <br /> information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. accumulation start date <br /> 3. the words "Used Oil" or "Waste Oil" if it contains used or waste oil. <br /> Immediately label tanks and ensure that all tanks are marked with all the required information.
