Section 25189 .5(d) , Division 20, Health and Safety Code. <br /> On or about February 10, 1994 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 25189 . 5 (d) , Division 20, Health and Safety Code, in that <br /> hazardous waste was stored on-site in excess of 90 days, to <br /> wit: <br /> a. Approximately 11 drums of hazardous waste were stored <br /> with no accumulation dates. <br /> b. Used oil in a 500 gallon underground tank was stored in <br /> excess of 90 days. Review of manifests indicated that <br /> the used oil had not been pumped since July of 1993 . <br /> Ad-Art does not have a permit or variance issued by the <br /> Department to store hazardous waste in excess of 90 days. <br /> 2 . Section 25189 .5 (a) , Division 20, Health and Safety Code. <br /> On or about February 10, 1994 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 25189 . 5 (a) , Division 20, Health and Safety Code, in that <br /> hazardous waste was disposed at an unauthorized point, to <br /> wit: Many spent fluorescent light tubes were disposed of at <br /> various points in Ad-Art's "junk yard" .
