Code of Regs. <br /> 3 . Section 66262 . 34 (f) (3) , Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations (Cal. Code of Regs. ) . <br /> On or about February 10, 1994 , Ad-Art violated <br /> Section 66262 . 34 (f) (3) , Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. , in <br /> that drums containing hazardous waste were not labeled with <br /> the words "Hazardous Waste" , the composition and physical <br /> state of the waste, a statement or- statements calling <br /> attention to the hazardous properties of the waste, or the <br /> name and address of the person producing the waste, to wit: <br /> Approximately 11 drums lacked some or all of the required <br /> information. <br /> 4 . Section 66264 . 173 (a) , Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. <br /> On or about February 10, 1994 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66264 . 173 (a) , Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. , in that <br /> containers holding hazardous waste were not kept closed <br /> during storage, to wit: Approximately nine drums of <br /> hazardous waste were stored open. <br /> 5 . Section 66264 . 16, Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. <br /> On or about February 10,- -1994 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66264 . 16, Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. , in that no personnel <br /> training records relating to hazardous waste management were <br /> available at the time of inspection, to wit: Ad-Art could <br /> not produce personnel training records relating to hazardous <br /> waste management. <br /> 6 . Sections 66264 . 37 , and 66264 . 52 (e) (f) (g) , Title 22 , Cal. <br /> Code of Regs. <br /> On or about February 10, 1994 , Ad-Art violated Sections <br /> 66264 . 37 and 66264 . 52 (e) (f) (g) , Title 22 , Cal. Code of <br /> Regs. , in that the contingency plan did not include all of <br /> the required information, to wit: The contingency plan did <br /> not include a description of the arrangements agreed to by <br /> local police, fire department, hospitals, and state <br /> Ms:uh <br /> MS22-0714/15 <br />
