Code of Regs. <br /> On or about August 20, 1992 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66262 . 34 (a) (1) (2) (3) , and Section 66265. 191, in that Ad-Art <br /> maintained a 500 gallon underground used oil tank without <br /> the following: <br /> a. The 90-day accumulation time was not clearly marked and <br /> visible for inspection on the tank. <br /> b. The tank was not labeled or marked clearly with the <br /> words "Hazardous Waste" . <br /> C. The tank was not labeled with the composition and <br /> physical state of the waste, statement or statements <br /> which call attention to the particular hazardous <br /> properties of the waste, and the name and address of <br /> the person producing the waste. . <br /> d. The facility did not obtain and keep on file a written <br /> assessment certification by an independent, qualified, <br /> professional engineer, registered in California that <br /> attests to the tank system's integrity. <br /> 7 . Section 66264 . 173 (a) , Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. <br /> On or about August 20, 1992 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66264 . 173 (a) , Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. , in that two <br /> drums containing hazardous waste were stored with no bung on <br /> the lid. The hazardous waste had a flash point less than <br /> 65 degrees Fahrenheit, exceeding the ignitability criteria <br /> of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> 8 . Section 66264 . 16, Title 22 , Cal Code of Regs. <br /> On or about August 20, 1992 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66264 . 16, Title 22, Cal.
