On or about August 20, 1992 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66262 . 42 , in that no Exception Report was filed with <br /> the Department for manifest number 91738088 . <br /> 4 . Section 66262 .41, Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. <br /> On or about August 20, 1992 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66262 . 41, in that no Biennial Report was submitted to the <br /> Department for calendar year 1989 . <br /> 5. Section 66262 . 34 , Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. <br /> On or about August 20, 1992 , Ad-Art violated Section <br /> 66262 . 34 , Title 7.2 , Cal. Code of Regs. , in that drums <br /> containing hazardous waste were stored in excess of 90 days; <br /> and, the drums were not marked or labeled with an <br /> accumulation start date, the words "Hazardous Waste" , the <br /> composition and physical state of the waste, a statement or <br /> statements calling attention to the hazardous properties of <br /> the waste, or the name and address of the person producing <br /> the waste. <br /> Nine drums of hazardous waste were observed, three of which <br /> had an accumulation date indicating storage greater than 90 <br /> days (February 2 , 1892) , and eight drums of hazardous waste <br /> with no hazardous waste labels. <br /> N(S:kh <br /> MS22-074/15 <br />
