Manifest numbers 009436580JJK, 009812953JJK, and 010957720JJK were not found on <br />site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests for three years or until a copy <br />signed off by the destination facility is received. The signed off copy shall be retained and made readily <br />available for review for three years. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the <br />handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was <br />submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator <br />shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest, with some indication that the generator has not <br />received confirmation of delivery. This information shall be submitted to: <br />DTSC Report Repository <br />Generator Information Services Section <br />P.O. Box 806 <br />Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br />Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit the required information to <br />DTSC. Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the information <br />submitted to DTSC. <br />125, 128. Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters and manifests for used oil disposal for the <br />last three years were not found on site. A copy of each bill of lading and hazardous waste disposal <br />manifest must be kept on site for at least three years. To show proper disposal keep a log of used oil <br />and oil and/or gasoline filters are being taken to the Montezuma Fire District hazardous waste storage <br />area, provide proof of correction by August 25, 2014. <br />608. A closed metal container with one fuel filter, observed in the enclosed maintenance yard area, <br />lacked a proper label. Containers of fuel filters shall be stored in containers that are designed to prevent <br />ignition of the gasoline and labeled "used oil and/or gasoline filters." The observed filter was removed <br />from the aforementioned container and placed in a 55 -gallon container, located onsite under the <br />Montezuma Fire District Station #18-2 hazardous waste permit. CORRECTED. <br />610. Three used oil filters were found under a compressor inside the maintenance yard. Used oil <br />filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked <br />with an accumulation start date. The observed filters were placed in the 55 -gallon container located <br />onsite under the Montezuma Fire District Station #18-2 hazardous waste permit.
