Waste Oil, oil filter and oil bottles. We do not collect waste oil; it is not
part of our business model. If we did collect waste oil, it would be stated clearly on the
flyers the DTSC has on file.
The oil, filter and bottles mentioned in the violation came from one of our fleet trucks
while we were repairing it. That waste product was dropped off at the Kragen OReilly
Auto Parts store at 1440 East Harding Way in Stockton, CA. Unfortunately we did not
receive a receipt for the drop off.
We wish to have these violations revoked as it would cause Tri Valley Recycling great
economic hardship and cost to become certified for waste oil collection when it is not our
business.
Tri Valley Recycling 142 South Aurora St. Stockton, CA 95202
www.trivalleyrecyclin .conn 1-800- 317-3112
