Copies of our current flyers are enclosed.
As such, Violation 2 has been completed and we are no longer collect batteries of any
sort, we would like to have Violation 1 and the need to apply for a "EPA ID Numbers for
Generators" revoked.
Thank you for reviewing our requests. We hope the DTSC understands the great
hardship these requirements generate for Tri Valley Recycling in a business we do not
participate in.
We look forward to having these violations revoked and would greatly appreciate an
expedited positive reply.
If you have any further questions, please contact us.
Best regards,
.4/
Glenn Takeda
Director
Tri Valley Recycling
Enclosure
Cc: Sangrat Kals, Ph.D. Section Chief
State Oversight and Enforcement Branch
Enforcement and Emergency Response Program
8800 Cal Drive
Sacramento, CA 95826-3200
Mr. Jeff Fong
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, CA 95202-3029
Tri Valley Recycling 142 South Aurora St. Stockton, CA 95202
w-wNv.trivalleyrccycling.com 1-800- 317-3112
