Complaint Investigation Rep <br />Tri -Valley Recycling <br />Photo 10: The second Tri -Valley Recycling truck with an elaborate paint scheme on its <br />side that is used for picking up a -waste from residents <br />During the inspection, the inspectors observed that an employee was dismantling a <br />computer. Mr. Adams said that the facility dismantled computers to separate the metal <br />parts. He said that the metals are shipped to a metal recycler. I observed the <br />employee separating the outer metal casing of a computer and storing the inner circuit <br />boards in a Gaylord box. After dismantling many computers, the employee stacked the <br />dismantled metal casings on a pallet and wrapped the stack with clear plastic. <br />10 of 20 <br />
