Title 22, Cal Code Regs. , Section 66480. <br /> On or about February 21, 1991, SWPC had not prepared <br /> hazardous waste manifests for the shipments of the <br /> spent, zinc phosphate sludge and spent pickling liquor <br /> (Sulfuric Acid - K062) . <br /> 7 . Title 22 , Cal Code Regs. , Sections 66508 (a) (4) and <br /> 67121 (a) (b) (c) . <br /> On or about February 21, 1991, SWPC did not have the <br /> following required equipment located at their hazardous <br /> waste storage area: <br /> a. No internal communication or alarm system, <br /> b. No device, such as a telephone or hand-held <br /> radio, <br /> C. No safety shover/eyewash at or near the area of <br /> the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> The issuance of this Report of Violations does not preclude <br /> the DHS from taking administrative, civil, or criminal <br /> action as a result of the violations noted herein. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this Report, please <br /> contact Susan J.
