On or about February 21, 1991, SWPC maintained <br /> four hazardous waste containers at the oil/solvent <br /> storage area, without accumulation dates and hazardous <br /> waste labels. <br /> b. On or about February 21, 1991, SWPC maintained <br /> one, 10 cubic yard, roll-off bin containing hazardous <br /> waste, at the zinc phosphate treatment area, without an <br /> accumulation date and hazardous waste label. <br /> C. On or about February 21, 1991, SWPC maintained a <br /> hazardous waste storage tank which was not marked or <br /> labeled clearly with the words "Hazardous Waste" and <br /> the additional language as required. <br /> 5.
