Effective immediately, Sumiden Wire Products Inc. shall <br /> properly label the bags of ferrous sulfate stored onsite, to <br /> include the following information: <br /> a. The date upon which each period of accumulation began <br /> b. The composition and physical state of the material <br /> C. The statement that calls attention to the particular <br /> hazardous properties of the material <br /> d. The name and address of the person producing the <br /> material. <br /> e. The container shall be labeled or marked clearly with <br /> the words "Excluded Recyclable Material" <br /> 2. Pursuant to Section 25143 .2 (f) (1) , Health and Safety Code, <br /> please provide this Department with further information, in <br /> writing, regarding the use of the ferrous sulfate, including <br /> the following: <br /> a. If the basis for the claimed exclusion is that the <br /> recyclable material is used or reused to make a product <br /> or as a safe and effective substitute for a commercial <br /> product, a general description of the material and <br /> products, identification of the constituents or group of <br /> constituents, and their approximate concentrations, <br /> which would render the material or product hazardous <br /> under the regulations adopted pursuant to Sections 25140 <br /> and 25141, if it were a waste, and the means by which <br /> the material is beneficially used. <br /> b. If the person who recycles the material is not the same <br /> person who generated the recyclable material, <br /> documentation that there is a known market for <br /> disposition of the recyclable material and any products <br /> manufactured from the recyclable material. <br /> Page 2 <br />
