Documentation that the requirements of any exemptions or <br /> exclusions pursuant to Section 25143.2 are met. <br /> C. Documentation that there is a known market for <br /> disposition of the recyclable material and any products <br /> manufactured from the recyclable material . <br /> As soon as the above violations have been corrected, please <br /> send written certification to this office, along with a signed <br /> response incorporating the language in the enclosed certification <br /> statement. Please include written evidence of compliance with <br /> each of the violations, where appropriate. <br /> DTSC may conduct a reinspection of your facility to verify <br /> compliance. <br /> The issuance of this Report of Violations does not preclude <br /> DTSC from taking administrative, civil or criminal action as a <br /> result of the violations noted herein. <br /> Page 3 <br />
