This <br /> determination was not available at the time of the inspection. <br /> Coating Line: <br /> Phosphoric acid waste is generated in this area. This line was currently not <br /> operating and no hazardous wastes were observed in this area. No potential violations <br /> were noted. <br /> Pickling_Tank Area: <br /> No hazardous wastes were currently stored in this area. When generated,the <br /> spent rinsewaters from the rinse tanks are sent to the facility's wastewater treatment <br /> system. <br /> The inspectors requested a copy of the facility's waste determination for the <br /> ``sweepings"underneath the facility's rinse tank. This determination was not available at <br /> the time of the inspection. <br /> No potential violations were noted. <br /> Waste Oil Storay-e Area: <br /> There was one 300-gallon poly container that <br /> contained approximately 250 gallons of used oil (see <br /> photo to right). The container was labeled as"Used Oil." <br /> The inspectors observed that the container was open and <br /> a funnel was placed in the opening. Used oil was not <br /> being added to the container at the time of the inspection. <br /> According to a facility representative, used oil was last <br /> added on Saturday. Additionally, the inspectors observed <br /> that the hazardous waste label was not filled out or <br /> marked with an accumulation start date. <br /> During the inspection, the container was closed <br /> and the label was filled out and marked with an <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> Record Review: <br /> 2005 Biennial Report: No potential violations were noted. <br /> 3 <br />
