(The <br /> finished surface shall be smooth, cleanable, durable and non-absorbent). Repair hole by 3 weeks. <br /> The storage room ceiling behind the beer 5-door cooler is leaking. Repair this leak by 3 weeks. <br /> The storage room walls (north wall especially) have openings around pipes and wires doming into the building. Close off all <br /> openings with an approved material. See above. Repair by 3 weeks. <br /> The storage room north wall fan exterior screen is askew/has moved. Reposition the screen on the exterior side of this fan <br /> to close the opening. Reposition today. <br /> The ceiling above the north door is open. Close off ceiling with approved materials by 3 weeks. This is a repeat violation <br /> I from the change of ownership consultation conducted 11-9-15. <br /> The screen on the north openable window is torn. Replace screen by 3 weeks. <br /> The floors throughout the facility need to be swept/cleaned. Sweep/clean floors by 3 weeks. Concentrate on hard to reach <br /> areas. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable, smooth,nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces.
