Water is cloudy <br />and it smells. Kitchen smells and there is grease buildup. There is a rat infestation in the building. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to owner and his daughter who were not aware of complainant. They stated that one restroom had plumbing issues <br />and land lord had a contractor come in to do repairs. They also stated that vacant suite on other side of building is under <br />remodel and since then rats have been in several areas of entire strip. Land lord contracted pest control who provided traps <br />and comes in to monitor for activity. <br />Observations: None of the sinks have a bucket of dirty water underneath them. Observed that there are several mouse traps <br />on floors at dry storage. None of the traps have rodents. Did not observe at rat infestation. Garbage bin behind restaurant <br />smells. Kitchen does not smell and is not greasy. One of the upstairs restroom is out of service. Small area of floor was <br />removed and replace and is going under further repairs. <br />Recommendations: Call waste management company and tell them to bring you a clean bin. <br />Have contractor finish repairs on rest room floors and plumbing by 2 weeks <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
