<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Grease in open grease trap(the top barely covered over with a tray)under sink almost overflowing.
<br /> Immediately clean/clear trap to allow proper function and flow, and dispose the grease properly in accordance to CALCODE
<br /> and local ordinance/enforcement agency requirement. EHD recommends closing grease trap in a way that will prevent
<br /> release to kitchen floor.
