COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT WHEN SHE <br /> GOT IT HOME, SHE DISCOVERED THERE WERE MAGGOTS IN HER FOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per Manager, she is aware of the complaint. Manager dealt with it when the complainant came back to the facility for <br /> refund. By asking Manager about how they cook the sticky rice,they soak the rice for 2-3 hours in water then cook it on <br /> steamer then divide it and wrap it in small pack then place them on the hot hold. <br /> By inspecting the facility, I don't observe any flies. By inspecting all food including the wrapped sticky rice packs, placed on the <br /> hot hold (with 2 sliding doors), I don't see any maggots.
