ATE SAUSAGES AND STICKY RICE. ORDERED <br /> FOOD TO GO AND ATE AT HOME (ABOUT TEN MINUTES AFTER GETTING FOOD)COMPLAINANT NOTICED <br /> SECOND SAUSAGE SEEMED PINK IN THE MIDDLE ALMOST RAW. BECAME ILL WITH STOMACH ACHE AND <br /> VOMITING ABOUT 20 MINUTES AFTER EATING. COMPLAINANT IS BETTER AT THIS TIME. DID NOT SEE DR. <br /> COMPLAINANT CALLED RESTAURANT TO LET THEM KNOW. CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
