The AOC were defined based on concentrations that <br /> exceeded: <br /> • HHRA Note No. 2 (April 2017) <br /> • HHRA Note No. 3 (June 2016) <br /> • USEPA Regional Screening Levels("RSL") (Feb. 2016) <br /> • Background Concentrations <br /> The constituents of potential concern("COPC") are arsenic, lead, cadmium,TPH as diesel <br /> ("TPH-d"),TPH as motor oil ("TPH-o"), PCB, and dioxin. The 13 AOC are shown on <br /> Figure 3, and are summarized on the tables below that show the COPC, regulatory screening <br /> criteria, and maximum concentration detected in each AOC.
