NEXT DOOR AT <br /> A VACANT NON-PERMITTED FOOD FACILITY." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Facility manager was not aware of the complaint. <br /> Upon discussion with the Manager, burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches are prepared here.The grilled cheese sandwiches <br /> are cooked on a non-commercial electrical griddle and the burgers are re-warmed on a non-commercial electrical pannini <br /> press. Per Manager,the burgers are cooked at the facility owner's restaurant located in Manteca (permitted food facility)and <br /> not next door at the vacant/inactive facility.There are no hamburgers on site this date. <br /> Corrective Action required: <br /> 1) Discontinue the use of the non-commercial grade equipment.
