Pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17206(b), said sum will be paid in the form of a check made payable to the District Attorney, County of Riverside; sums to be distributed as follows: 100 percent will be deposited into the consumer protection prosecution account in the General Fund of Riverside County. Health and Safety Code section 25515.2: "Defendant" shall pay $16 , 000.00 as civil penalties pursuant to section 25515 .2 of the Health and Safety Code to the Riverside County District Attorney's Office.
