EXHIBIT B-1 -- CIVIL PENALTIES <br /> 4 - SACRAMENTO : The money paid to the Sacramento District Attorney as penalties pursuant to Business and <br /> Professions Code section 17206 , shall be for the sole and exclusive use of the District Attorney to augment the <br /> enforcement of consumer and environmental protection laws and in no manner shall supplant or cause any reduction of <br /> any portion of the District Attorney's budget. <br /> 5 - SAN BERNARDINO: $ 12, 000 .00 of the civil penalites shall be allocated for SWCPP penalties and distributed as <br /> such . <br /> 6 - SAN JOAQUIN : Business and Professions Code section 17200 Penalties shall be paid to the "Treasurer of San <br /> Joaquin County".
