EXHIBIT C — SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS <br /> 1 . Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund . <br /> KOHL ' S DEPARTMENT STORES , INC . (Defendant) shall provide the amount of Twenty <br /> Eight Thousand, One Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($28 , 125 . 00) payable to the Craig <br /> Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund ("CTEPP Fund ') to be used for purposes <br /> consistent with the mission of the CTEPP Fund. <br /> I California CUPA Forum. <br /> DEFENDANT shall provide the amount of Twenty Eight Thousand, One Hundred Twenty Five <br /> Dollars ($28 , 125 . 00) payable to CUPA Forum Environmental Protection Trust Fund, which is <br /> administered and to be used by the California Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) <br /> Forum, for purposes consistent with the mission of the Trust for the CUPA Forum . Up to <br /> Twenty Eight Thousand, One Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($28 , 125 . 00) of these monies may <br /> be used by the CUPA Forum to pay for meeting room expenses and/or to reimburse attendees for <br /> travel expenses incurred attending the RCRA Unraveled Courses sponsored by the CUPA <br /> Forum.
