4. California Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal-AECTP) in <br /> conjunction with the California Hazardous Material Investigators Association (CHMIA). <br /> DEFENDANT shall provide the amount of Twenty Eight Thousand, One Hundred Twenty Five <br /> Dollars ($28, 125 . 00) payable to California Hazardous Materials Investigators Association <br /> ("CH[vIIA") to be used by CHM1A to fund full scholarships for attendance and participation in their <br /> Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program. Each of these scholarships shall cover <br /> conference registration, travel, food, lodging and incidentals . <br /> * If the payment provided by the DEFENDANT, is accepted by a designated entity, the <br /> designated entity shall provide, until the exhaustion of the funds, annual letter reports describing <br /> the specific use of the funds .
