Corrective Action: Aramark added to its emergency response training documents that facility personnel <br /> should immediately contact the Environmental Health Department in the event of a release of hazardous <br /> materials. Appropriate personnel have been trained regarding this addition to the emergency response <br /> training materials. Please see the attached revised training materials and training roster. <br /> • Violation#9 -will remain open until violations 5 and 6 have been completed. <br /> - Violation: log into CERS, enter correct or updated information for the business plan, and submit to EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> - Corrective Action: The corrected business plan information has been submitted to CERS. <br /> • Violation#12—will remain open until violation 5 and 6 have been completed. <br /> - Violation: failed to have business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> - Corrective Action: This item was corrected on site during the inspection. <br /> If you need anything further, please let us know.
