Lb1 b I r W'WWWW, 1► pm:1209 461-6.13?
This letter is a specific request that you review the requirement
of a tank anchoring system and reverse this requirement. If your
department insists that it remain, we then request a meeting with our
client, his attorney, the consultant professional architect/engineer,
Elite IV and properly schooled and qualified personnel from your
department. If the requirement for an anchoring system is not
reversed, we would also ask that you provide the reasons why an
anchoring system is not required for the other two facilities
mentioned. My client's attorney has requested that we receive any
reply regarding this issue from you in writing and we request an
immediate reply. It remains our intention to begin this project on
November 1, 1995 as weather now becomes a major consideration as does
the financial hardship of closing our client's business during
construction as was indicated in our cover letter with our application
submittal. We very much appreciate your immediate attention to this
matter. Time is of the essence.
Very truly yours
Tim L. Gipson
TG/pkp Vice President
cc:
Mr. Jim Fisk
Mr. Ralph Morgan
Mr. A. Rothstein, Esq.
Enclosures
