Correct <br /> immediately. <br /> Cook all PHF to 165F or higher before serving. PHF stored between 41 F- 135F must be thoroughly cooked to 165F within 4 <br /> hours or discarded. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. Correct immediately. <br /> Observed a fly strip being used above the hand sink.
