Contact the local fire depa ent,city buildin epartment and the San Joaquin Valley <br /> Air Pollution Control District or any applic le permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to e S Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) for approval prio t commencing work.All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. All components must be certifie y an ind endent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization. ( ,ULC,ANS API,ASTM,etc. See California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR),Title 23 hapter 16 Table B r complete list). The component must <br /> bear the appropriate mark required by the indep dent testing organization. <br /> 4. Qualified service tec cians must possess or work and the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an in 'vidual physically present at the wor ite who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of veral permissible valid,current contractor's h nses issued by the <br /> Contr tors State License Board(maybe issued to the ins lation company),and <br /> b. All lid,current California UST certificates issued by the mational Code <br /> C cil(ICC),that are applicable to the work being performed, d <br /> C. valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s)of <br /> component(s)being tested,repaired,or serviced; <br /> and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 5. Before the alarm history is cleared,a current printout must be created and available for <br /> HD inspection. Inspection may occur during the f inctio ality test. <br />
