The proposed ARCO site and vicinity are as they appear today. The current day <br /> Chevron Gasoline Station and the Denny's Restaurant located to the west of the subject <br /> site are vacant lots. The warehouse located to the north has numerous trucks parked <br /> adjacent to the loading docks.
