October 26 , 1987, a permit revocable at the pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is hereby granted to : ADVANCED GEOENVIRONMENTAL INC. to install and maintain two (2) monitoring wells at 438 W. Harding Way, Stockton, - CA. This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions : 1 . This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No. 22 , 578 on December 5, 1960, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Stockton. 2 . The general location of each well shall be as shown on the map attached. The precise lbcation shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton. 3 . The Permittee has posted security of $1000 . 00 with the City of Stockton which will remain in effect during the life of this permit . 4 . In accordance with Section 1 (h) of the "Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits, " the permittee shall provide and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of public liability insurance against liability for injuries to persons- or property arising out of accidents attributable to the structure on City property, in amounts to be determined by the Risk Manager. The policy of .insurance so provided shall contain a contractual liability endorsement covering the liability assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit and shall contain a provision that such policy may not be 'r
