A permit to install the wells was submitted with the appropriate fees and <br /> permit #55673 was issued by the EHD on October 14, 2008, but the wells have not been <br /> installed. This permit expires one year from the date it was issued. <br /> Please proceed with scheduling the installation of the groundwater monitoring wells and <br /> following through with the fieldwork.
