Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed 6 live roaches in kitchen on wall, under water heater, on water heater, and next to glue trap <br /> south of water heater; multiple dead roaches under water heater, 3-comp sink, next to refrigerator, and behind slide door in <br /> stand-alone large oven. Clean and remove all dead roach bodies, eliminate access and living roaches. You will be <br /> informed of additional enforcement action. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system.
