At that time, the site was referred <br />to the CVRWQB for oversight and work through the LOP stopped. <br />The site has been listed on the database as a referred LOP site. However, since the RP <br />has satisfied the requirements for the underground storage tanks at the site and since we <br />are not working on it through the LOP program, a conditional closure letter to the RP <br />has been issued and the database has been changed to reflect the underground tank <br />closure.
