As discussed in a telephone conversation <br />between you and Diane Hinson on December 14, 1993, we are sending <br />you a copy of the June 1991 letter addressed to Gordon Boggs, <br />originally referring this site to the Regional Board for <br />oversight. <br />The attorney for the responsible party may be submitting <br />additional information regarding another possible source of the <br />contamination. However, based on the data received to date, <br />PHS/EHD has made a determination that the release was solely from <br />the aboveground tanks. <br />The data obtained from the removal of the five former underground <br />tanks from the property indicated that a release of petroleum had <br />not occurred from these tanks. PHS/EHD is in the process of <br />issuing a conditional closure letter to the responsible party for <br />these five underground storage tanks (removed in November of <br />1989). <br />Any information submitted by the attorney for the responsible <br />party will be forwarded to you.
