Yds . <br /> 4 . History of Site: The property is located on E . Victor Rd. , <br /> approximately 1/4 mile east of US 99 Freeway in the City of Lodi <br /> in San Joaquin County, California. The site is currently operated <br /> as a truck terminal and shop for Teresi Trucking, Inc . The site is <br /> situated within an essentially industrial area. Nearby properties <br /> are primarily businesses with some residences to the south and <br /> west . The overall topography is essentially flat with a slight <br /> fall to the west . The property has been used by the owner exclu- <br /> sively since the current facility was built in 1972 as a truck <br /> parking, fueling station and maintenance shop. <br /> 5 . Project History: On December 1, 1995, one 12 , 000 gallon and one <br /> 10, 000 gallon diesel and one 5, 000 gallon gasoline underground <br /> storage tanks and associated product lines were removed by Jim <br /> Thorpe Oil , Inc . The tanks were in relatively good condition. <br /> Three soil samples were taken at a depth of 16 feet under the for- <br /> mer tank location, one at the east end, TK-1A, TK-1B center and <br /> TK-1C at the west end of the 12 , 000 gallon tank location. Two soil <br /> samples were taken at depths of 15 and 16 feet from the east and <br /> west ends of the former location of the 10, 000 gallon diesel tank <br /> TK-2A and TK-2B respectively.
