(d) If the waste is determined to be hazardous, the generator shall refer to chapters 14, 15, 18, and 23 of this division for possible exclusions or restrictions pertaining to management of the specific waste. Additionally, all containers and portable tanks shall be labeled with the following information: (A) composition and physical state of the wastes; (B) statement or statements which call attention to the particular hazardous properties of the waste (e.g., flammable, reactive, etc.); (C) name and address of the person producing the waste. 4 Hazardous waste containers at the Wilson Way facility were not properly labeled at the time of the January 16, 2003, inspection.
